ABOUT US
Welcome to the
neighborhood! We are glad to have you as a neighbor. We hope
this welcome packet will provide you with helpful
information regarding your new neighborhood. We all look
forward to meeting you and assisting you with any questions
you may have. What is the Preston Hollow East Homeowners
Association (PHEHA)?
The PHEHA consists of all single family homes located within
the street boundaries from North Dallas Tollway to
Hillcrest, Joyce Way to Del Norte. The purpose of the PHEHA
is to promote safety and community in the
neighborhood.
NEIGHBORHOOD SAFETY
The PHEHA maintains a Crime Watch Extended Patrol Program to
help ensure the Safety of the neighborhood. The program
began fifteen years ago under the umbrella of the PHEHA to
combat a then-rising crime rate in our area. According to
recent Dallas Police reports, our neighborhood experiences
the lowest incidences of crime in Dallas. We credit our
Crime Watch Program and its subscribers for this low crime
activity. Because of Crime Watch, PHEHA continues to be one
of the safest neighborhoods in the City of Dallas.
